Joost Noppen is a Principal Researcher, Software at BT Technology and brings an end-user perspective with many years of research experience and execution in academia and enterprise. His work centres on streamlining development practice in a highly dynamic organisation, with a primary focus on novel practice and tools, such as DevOps, Serverless, and AI. He has extensive experience in research and has (co-)authored 100+ peer-reviewed publications. He has delivered presentations at venues such as ECOOP, AOSD and SPLC, and he has designed award-winning university modules on software engineering.
